I have been planning wonderful vacations for my clients since 1976. I have lived several times in Vienna (a one year stay, a six month stay, and more) so I know Austria plus Central and Eastern Europe very well. I have also lived in England and Italy and have traveled extensively and enthusiastically throughout Europe as well as Asia and Australia. My own personal travel focuses on art, architecture, and music -- and good food. I have a number of professional certifications -- Certified Travel Agent, Aussie Specialist, and Austria Expert.

For me, travel is a chance to discover new places in the world as well as new places in myself. Some of the experiences that have done this for me are: learning to love opera on multiple visits to the Vienna State Opera House; being taught about the depth of human kindness when the head of a Buddhist nunnery in Myanmar gave me an impromptu blessing; discovering I could hike up to a waterfall in New Zealand which I was sure was beyond my capability; searching for family roots in Lithuania; watching herds of zebras and wildebeests on the run for food and water from a hot air balloon in Tanzania; the humbling experience to realize that beautiful art was created by pre-historic people on the cave walls of southwest France. My discoveries continue.
