While I was in college I recognized that working in the travel industry had a future and would provide unique opportunities to travel the world and help others do the same. I stuck with it, and 40 years later I am still in love!

One of my destination specialties is Puerto Vallarta. I love the warmth and escaping the cold winters of Chicago. I also enjoy the culture and cuisine. Having been away for two years, I miss it terribly.

Past travels: Mexico, Canada, Europe (Spain, Italy, Czech Republic)

Favorite travel memory: Sitting in a cabana in Hawaii and looking out onto the vast Pacific Ocean. It was such an impressive body of water, and such a calm and beautiful moment.

Travel tip: Take insurance. Do yourself that favor.
